Beneficiaries can purchase cars at the dealership with a guaranteed loan subject to a low interest rate , which allows them to establish or rebuild their credit histories. Participants in Wheel Get There Too (WGT2) can receive a guaranteed loan up to $1,750 and help with the down payment -of up to $1,750 -to purchase a new vehicle.
Additionally, MVAC staff can provide advice on how to purchase a vehicle as well as help people find free cars or find a model that fits their budget. Call 507-345-2430 for more information.

Wheels4Hope is a local vehicle donation program that accepts donated cars, repairs them, and works with partner community agencies or organizations in order to deliver free cars to people who are looking for reliable transportation.
Wheels 4 Hope is a faith-based, non-profit vehicle donation program that refurbishes cars to provide low-income families and the individuals with accessible, reliable transportation. They collaborate with local churches and corporate partners to make vehicles available for families who are struggling financially. Wheels4Hope has helped over 4,500 individuals in obtaining transportation within North Carolina. If you are in dire need of a free car, you should contact the organization.
However, the clients cannot call Wheels 4 Hope directly and request the car. They must have a history with one of their partner organizations. A partner agency of Wheels 4 Hope refers to the client, and the client will complete the application and have to pay $500 for their vehicle. If you are not able to pay the amount by any chance, Wheels 4 Hope will repair your car. It will sell the car at its dealership, generating maximum cash value to qualify as a tax deduction. In this example, you can offer to drive them around in return for allowing you to use the car free of charge. You wouldn’t own the car. However, having access to a very much well-maintained vehicle whenever you need solves a few transportation issues.
Win A Ruffle
To increase brand awareness, local dealerships frequently host raffle promotions. These events are advertised at convenience stores, shopping malls, and even at grocery stores. Because of their extensive marketing reach, well-known wide companies like Toyota, Honda, and Ford typically only hold raffle draws during the holidays. Lesser-known manufacturers often sponsor raffle promotions when bringing out their brand’s new models to the market.
Influencer Marketing Services
If you offer influencer marketing services and have a large social media following, your local dealership might give you a free car in exchange for promotions. For years, they will probably ask you to represent your brand.
However, keep in mind that very few personalities have the power and influence that are necessary to execute this strategy. Your influencer marketing services ought to be worth at least $20,000 or more.

What do I do if I’m not eligible for a free car?
A: Navigating the car buying process is not as simple as simply walking into a dealership, selecting a vehicle, grabbing the keys, and especially for people who are buying their first car.
Here is what to do when you begin the car-buying process:
Determine if you can afford a car
It can be difficult to afford a car, whether you need to replace a junk car, buy the car of your dreams, or just find a reliable vehicle within your budget. The first thing you need to do is decide how much you can afford, not how to buy the luxury car of your dreams.
To start with, utilize a car affordability calculator on sites like Edmunds that consider subtleties, for example,
- Monthly payment
- Vehicle price
- Interest rate
- Down payment
- Length of payment term
- Trade-in value of your current car
- Sales tax
A major piece of getting the need you need is knowing your budget. Ask yourself, “How much can I afford for a car loan?” You could also consider buying without financing, it is a good option for cars that are less expensive.
